If you or your condo/coop association need specific plants or a special quantity, please let us know in advance. We will be pleased to try to arrange special orders to meet your requests.

For example, you might want a full flat of a special petunia or impatiens, a matched pair of giant geraniums, glorious roses you’ve read and dreamed about, and so on. Smaller purchases you will want to select for yourself during the fair, but the very special items you want to ensure for your garden are the very items we will try to find for you Typically, advance orders will be worth at least $50.00. Send us your wish list, and we'll email you back an estimate of cost and availability.

Recommended deadline for orders is May 5, and the earlier the better to enable us to scout out our growers’ selections. We’ve spent years finding and establishing good relations with the best, most innovative yet reliable of local growers. It makes the Garden Fair a source of pride for us and, we believe, of excitement for our community.

Advance orders should be ready for pick-up on Thursday, May 15 (the day before the Fair opens) sometime late afternoon or early evening. This allows us to clear the floor for the actual sale and allows you to get your materials before the mad rush. We will give you a more specific time frame, even an appointment if you wish, after we know more of your order and of our preparations. We ask that you be prepared to pay for your advance order with a check at the time of pick-up since we cannot deal with cash or make change on that date. And, thank you, for choosing the Garden Fair.
