If you or your building need a larger than usual quantity of plants, please let us know in advance. We will be pleased to arrange special orders to meet your requests.

The purpose of "advance orders" is to make sure you will find the plants you want in sufficient numbers without having to deplete the Garden Fair before other customers have a chance to shop. It isn't meant to be a "personal shopper" service. If you want four or five geraniums or a mixed flat of impatiens, please come to the Fair and pick them out yourself. But if you need 5 flats of red impatiens, or 2 dozen pink geraniums, or 6 hanging baskets of fuchsias, we will do our best to find your plants.

Advance Orders must be worth at least $50.00. Contact George to submit an order or inquiry (or call 773-955-4455, leave a message if there is no answer), before May 10 (our final plant orders are placed with the growers on May 11). We will let you know the price by May 12, after our pricing meeting has set the costs for this year.

Please note: Advance orders for Annuals and for Hanging Baskets must be placed by May 3, since those departments must physically pull and store the items they wish to purchase at the various growers. Other departmental orders can be placed up to May 10.

Special orders must be paid for (check or cash, no credit cards) and picked up on Thursday afternoon of setup day (May 14) between the hours of 2 and 6, unless other arrangements are made. Unpaid and unclaimed orders will be placed on the open floor for sale with other plants on Friday morning.
